Porto Cervo Village

Although it is surrounded by land on the Emerald Coast, it is not actually part of the Consorzio Costa Smeralda. It is right across the water from Porto Rotondo.

Baja Sardinia
Originally known as "Battistoni," Baja Sardinia was built after the boom of the Emerald Coast by a group of Italian entrepreneurs.
Fanned out in a wide bay with crystal clear water and fine sand, Baja Sardinia now boasts the largest number of hotel guests throughout the city. There are actually many hotels that surround it often offering high quality services.
Cannigione
Cannigione (Lu Cannisgiòni in Gallura) is a village of 800 inhabitants, located about 5 km from the capital. Established in the early twentieth century as a fishing village is now under heavy development which is the urban population, mainly because of tourism mainly promoted by the sea, close to the Costa Smeralda, while nowadays the fishing is a secondary sector.

It is an 18 hole course, designed by Robert Trent Jones and is located in a very special position, spreading from Cala di Volpe bay until the Pevero, giving him a view of the sea really beautiful.

The view from the house is very scenic Pevero bay and the islands of Li Nibani .
Some houses also fail to see the emerald waters of the beach Grande Pevero .
In summer the weather here is a bit ' cooler than down in Porto Cervo and in the evening is enjoyable to dine out .
There is a nice restaurant in Sardinian Pantogia where you can walk to dinner.
The beaches are located nearby, Porto Paglia is just down the hill and piccolo and Grande Pevero a bit ' farther.
The apres Porto Cervo, with its shops , bars and restaurants , is just two minutes away.

La Dolce Sposa
The building of La Dolce Sposa is located on a promontory close to the right of the bay of Porto Cervo.

Sweet Bride was built in two phases, the first was the one facing the open sea and much later, the internal phase in the second place, which also has its own salt water swimming pool and has a view of the harbor with interesting tutlasso vessel traffic luxury yachts.
La Celvia
This is a beautiful residential complex consisting only of important villas and occupies the entire promontory that stretches from Cala di Volpe Celvia around the beach, next to Capriccioli. All villas soentro directly bordering on the edge of the water, or at most, only 50 meters away.

This is an exclusive residential area between Cala di Volpe and Celvia and extends from a low hill down to the beach almost Celvia.

Portisco
Portisco is located halfway between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, at the foot of the spectacular mountains of San Pantaleo. It passes on the way south of Olbia, four kilometers after the Cala di Volpe.
This is a large apartment complex with an efficient and well-protected marina, a shopping center and only a privileged few villas on the sea. Although it is surrounded by land on the Emerald Coast, it is not actually part of the Consorzio Costa Smeralda. It is right across the water from Porto Rotondo.
This place is close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, Rena Bianca, with its white sand.
Other localities
Baja Sardinia
Originally known as "Battistoni," Baja Sardinia was built after the boom of the Emerald Coast by a group of Italian entrepreneurs.
Fanned out in a wide bay with crystal clear water and fine sand, Baja Sardinia now boasts the largest number of hotel guests throughout the city. There are actually many hotels that surround it often offering high quality services.
Cannigione
Cannigione (Lu Cannisgiòni in Gallura) is a village of 800 inhabitants, located about 5 km from the capital. Established in the early twentieth century as a fishing village is now under heavy development which is the urban population, mainly because of tourism mainly promoted by the sea, close to the Costa Smeralda, while nowadays the fishing is a secondary sector.
Adjacent to the resort of Cannigione derive Coins, Mannena boat and burned (gal: Balca brusgiata), the latter takes the revenge of the premises against a charcoal Tuscan guilty of cutting the wood in an uncontrolled and undesirable, which was burned the vessel used for the transport. Cannigione has a lovely marina, from where, in summer, the boats to the nearby archipelago of La Maddalena.
Poltu Quatu
Poltu Quatu is a village founded in the late eighties.
